Wrong connector suitable for CB and radio equipment

You connected it wrong when I connected the radio to it the sound came through the microphone now I have to disassemble and reconnect it to close it make it work.

Works Sorta - Headsets & Mics

I have a Hesenate HT-UV8R Plus and a Baofeng BF-F8HP which are almost the same. This PTT works fine on Hesenate but not on my Baofeng. Not exactly sure why but was hoping to use this with my baofeng.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some bugs

The sound comes from my microphone. wtf

This thing plays sound from a microphone. I hooked it up to several Baofeng radios and to my US military edition ComTac. It plays audio from the mic and I assume the speaker is used for the mic. looks like it is connected in reverse. Oops

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Reverse connection - portable audio and video

Connected to radio and peltor with sound from peltor mic. I gave it to a friend who knows more about electronics than me and he was able to switch everything to work properly. There is no QC for this company as this seems to be a recurring issue.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Was damaged

Great deal if you can make it yourself

When I first got a U94 military PTT system adapter, 2-pin 7.0mm jack, Kenwood/Baofeng radio push Got to-talk jack to connect Earmor M32H MOD3 headset, I was really good excited. It looks and feels high quality. Then somehow everything went wrong. I plugged them in and they didn't work. I could hear things very faintly, but just barely. Apparently I heard through the microphone. After seeing another review about someone letting a friend do magic on the device, I decided to open it up and see…

Pros
  • Rugged finish
Cons
  • Upgrades
