🌡️ T-PRO High Stability RTD PT100 Temperature Sensor Transmitter: Accurate Transmitter -50°C to 50°C Range Review

Fairly accurate sensor. I have calibrated this sensor + thermostat for freezing and boiling points. In this temperature range, the deviation was less than 1F, which is very good.

All 3 in working order, used with a calibrated Rosemount temperature probe, Pt-100 setting 385a/fine tuned 0-125°F, 4- 20 mA, +-0.5 °F Very stable reading/RTD sensor, more if required, good solder connections on the 3-wire Pt-100 RTD sensor.

Based on what I found on the web the factor is usually 385. Type 391 is available but a special order from Temp-pro. Bought one of these to connect to Omega PID. At 100 degrees Fahrenheit, there was less than 1/4 degree difference compared to a 1/10 degree certified yellow backed mercury thermometer.

My old PT100 in my sous vide setup was sending incorrect temperature readings. I replaced it with this one and the temp gauge only needed to be corrected by 2 degrees and now everything works as expected. I'm glad it's waterproof. The only thing that is odd is that I think the color coded wires are different than the stock cables. I hope you find this review helpful.
