I used this on a bare plywood loading ramp for a small covered trailer because the ramp was very smooth and slippery. I placed the tape diagonally across the ramp with a 3 -inch spacing between rows of tape. All I did before applying the tape was sweep the ramp very well... no other prep. This stuff is sticky. Better make sure the tape is on the right one Spot is as it cannot be moved once it is in place.I used a laminate roller to go over the tape once it was in place.Absolute adhesion.

Pros
  • Core: 3" diameter
Cons
  • So far so good

Pros
  • Thickness: 12 mil
Cons
  • Large and bulky

When the tread edge is worn/worn I applied SKID GUARD so the tread was bowed about 1/2 inch. Within 3-4 days and even at warm temperatures of around 84Β°, SKID GUARD broke off the edge paneling. I pulled out the SKID GUARD which was easier than expected as the glue was softened by the heat from the sun. I believe that by…
