The first set we received was defective however a replacement was requested and received quickly. This set was one piece and easy to assemble. They look great in our living room.

Everything is fine with the light, but the light is off and you try to charge your phone, it doesn't work. There's no point getting light from an ISB if it doesn't charge when you sleep.

I liked them at first but after 8 months and $96 with taxes and such they stopped working. I had brain cancer and was in and out of hospital so not only could I not afford a supplemental protection plan, partly because I thought I was buying a good quality product that would last a long time. Except that I missed the support window. Big.

I love the height and look of these bulbs but one of the reasons I bought them was the USB charging feature. Unfortunately, this function does not work with any lamp. They add a nice decorative touch but have no charging function. Edited to add that the company sent me 2 replacement bulbs so the customer service is excellent!

These lamps are going back. Little did I know that I would have to manually rotate and contract the lampshades before using them. I also didn't know that they take bulbs with a maximum output of 60 watts. I had to look it up in product questions to know. They are attractive when "bunched together" but the shades are NOT white and with a lower wattage bulb they are too dull for my use. Product details should be more in advance. I will avoid this company.

We managed to make a good lamp out of two. The joint where the socket connects to the base did not connect because the sleeve covering the wire frayed and eventually broke. The shade mount was crooked, so the screen was crooked. I was able to move it to one of them, so it's fine. The USB connections work as expected and the lamp works perfectly. All in all, probably more work than it's worth. The packaging made a huge mess and was practically unusable once unpacked.

I LOVE these lamps! They are much better live! Absolutely worth your money! You get two lamps and both have 2 USB charging ports that work! There is some assembly work when you receive them, but they are SUPER easy and just look so cute and modern! They were the perfect height and provided lots of light in my bedroom. . Here I used 60W light bulbs. UPDATE 01/11/2021: The USB port on one of my lamps stopped working and the lamp worked for me for just over a month! I plan to switch to a new one.

Lamps are nice but the quality doesn't match the price. My wife bought two of these and she loves the way they look. I think the lampshades are cheaply made, as is the rest of the lamp. Of course, two days after the return date, both USB ports on one of the lamps stopped working. In my opinion, this confirms my opinion about the quality. It really makes it worse. Love these bulbs! It was a bit difficult to put the umbrella together. But if you follow the instructions, connecting the ceiling to the metal frame has become much easier. Charges two batteries well at the same time. Oh the only downside is when you're ready to turn off the lamp to go to sleep.
