🧈 Tablecraft Butter Dish: 7.75 x 3.25 x 2.5, Melamine with Lid - Convenient and Stylish Review

I wanted the butter dish outside of my fridge with softened butter. However, most that were relatively attractive and suited my grey/wooden kitchen were very expensive. This one is very sweet and goes easily with a stick of butter. I don't like the idea of scooping it from the bottom of the plate so I leave the wrapper in the container and then place it on the lid for scooping when needed. Serves its purpose and looks nice at the same time, hence 5 stars from me.

I really hoped that I would be lucky and get a product with a perfect print, but unfortunately I got a product with an off center and crooked text. Big disappointment! The functionality I gave up on the novelty of this article isn't worth it as the text doesn't even print properly; I would prefer a rubber sealed container or one that looks really good. I'd be a happier camper if my OCD didn't get in the way of the producers' lack of effort.

Well, I can use this dish for Kerrygold butter, but with difficulty. I have to break it into a base that is too narrow. It works a little better if I angle the bottom corners down the length of the butter with a knife. There is enough space at the ends to break the extra. :) The butter dish also easily fits West Coast or East Coast butter. This is the best dish I've found for Kerrygold butter that doesn't break. This is functionally my favorite butter dish I've ever had but aesthetically not my favorite which I will explain later. I wanted plastic instead of ceramic because my kids break ceramics all the time. The plastic is very thick so I believe it will hold up well to the abuse my family will be subjected to (we've had it for about a month now).
