In general, I like the tablet very much. It works as advertised. It performs all typical tablet functions with ease. I downloaded many applications and they all work as expected. There is one serious downside with the screen. I use a reading tablet on an elliptical trainer. I've read a lot of web pages that need to be scrolled. I've had the tablet for about 3 months now and there are scratches on the screen from scrolling. To be clear, I ONLY use my finger. I don't use a pen. I don't use nails.

My father had a stroke 3 years ago. He learned to use his left hand/side to do all the work. I was glad I found this tablet for him. The power button and volume buttons are on the left side. It is very easy to use especially if you are an Android user. The screen quality is excellent. The price is within my €100 limit. Now he can play games while we're away! I've had the Kindle since the first model was announced and I've used every version of it since. I was most impressed with the HDX, but not as much with the cheap versions of late.
