I ordered this instead of ordering over 67 designs for my vector panel. The mounting screws are silver, not black, but $39.00 versus $22.99 was worth the risk. They fit all of my Vector and 67 Designs gear.

Perfect fit for my jeep with just the right ball size for my phone holder. Unfortunately, this is a slick ball and my phone lets the mount rotate on the slightest of bumps in the ball, rather than off-road. Other brands have a grooved ball and this doesn't happen. But they don't have the right mount for my roll bar. Overall it's a good solution, but it's easy to make it great with a few tweaks.
