I bought two trainers for the Human Performance Lab for my school. One worked perfectly, the other broke immediately. It doesn't turn on. We have contacted the seller to obtain a return label. The seller has informed us that the manufacturer is responsible for returning the goods. Kind regards. informed us that the seller is responsible for the return shipment. None of them allow returns. No repair, no permit. Incidentally, the manufacturer is based outside of the USA.

It's a great machine in its own right, I don't use a flywheel but it's a cool feature. way too expensive and not worth all the money, take the simple one) If you plan to use the bluetooth function, plan to be very disappointed, it's not enough, it will turn off the wrong learning and make you trying it was a big disappointment for me and you might want to study it before going ahead and getting a piece. Don't bother getting the Tacx app, it's clunky and heavy and doesn't have a Zwift user part.
