We love our collars! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for a dog and they responded quickly with new ones! The colors are so vibrant and the signs don't ring! I will always have one of these for our dogs!

I've had this collar for a week now. My dog just saw the motorbike and ran after it, tearing the collar off his neck. As you can see the buckle broke! It took us 30 minutes to track her down and then get her home safely. It was awful because she was so vulnerable without ID. She will be chipped next week! I do not recommend this collar to anyone.

Two of my Havana cats have never worn collars - always halters and although they are microchipped I wanted extra protection in the form of a collar with their name and phone number in case that they ran away. I contacted the seller and they said the problem with the labels is on the first one. They sent me a new collar with a different tag.
