I bought this to retrofit old radios that only have one speaker. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it works and sounds fantastic. Forget searching for a speaker jack. I just soldered the wires to the speaker terminal on the back and it worked. It connected to my phone instantly and plays amazing high quality sound. I will be using this for all future bluetooth radio conversions.

For occasional listening we have a Sonab OD-11 mono omnidirectional speaker in our living room. a Bluetooth amp, but they're almost all stereo - which means I'd have to sum the two channels with resistors. I didn't want that, I wanted a real mono Bluetooth amplifier. Most of them are really bad, I researched them all. Tried this one and it fits perfectly right out of the box. This thing works great and I've never seen another product with the same specs. First, it's very nice to have a basic mono Bluetooth amplifier - pretty much everything else is stereo. Great if you have two speakers, but the real problem is when you only want to work with one. Whether you're building a bookshelf speaker as a portable speaker, repurposing an old guitar amp, or renovating something that's massive but not stereo, you're going to run into problems when you try to use a stereo amp…
