Cleaned the tiles attached to the wall. Heard a loud crack and it was on the floor of the shower. Tried three more times, couldn't get up. returned for a refund. An update that was returned over a week ago has still not received a refund notification but has received an email from the seller asking how I like my product. Terrible customer experience!

I don't usually write many bad reviews, but this shelf didn't last at all. I have tried it several times and in different places in my tiled shower. It crashed after about a minute each time. Sorry didn't work for me. I LATER changed my rating from one star to four stars. The company quickly refunded my money. At least the customer service is great.

This item is defective and does not even hold 2 small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and 1 bottle of shower gel. He has fallen at least 15 times in the last 20 minutes. I would not recommend this as the promotional video shows it will easily hold the weight of 3 large water bottles. It's cheap and poorly made, it's not $30, it's not even $1. I will definitely be returning this piece!

These shelves really work! I am a tenant and therefore cannot permanently attach a shower storage room. I was skeptical of how much weight to put on the shelves but I've loaded them with shower gel and shampoo bottles and they hold up great. You can hear the teat click to see if it's stuck. The only thing I don't like is that the bottom has curved slats (for better water drainage) but some smaller bottles won't stand up due to the curvature.

I'm incredibly picky and these shower shelves are amazing. I've never trusted suction cups in the shower because they all fail eventually, but these silicone suction cups are completely different. I bought this when the sprung shelf broke. I was very nervous because these shelves are expensive. Buying one of these shelves will cost about the same as buying a whole block of 3 or 4 shelves. UPDATE 10/14/2020: A train eventually failed and lost its grip on the shower wall causing the trolley to slide onto its side and the contents fell out. This was only because the shampoo was being pumped out of the bottle right out of the cart which put extra pressure on the cart and probably caused it to slide. UPDATE: Having owned this shower stall for a year I am pleased to report that it has not once fallen off my shower walls. The suction cups were glued on all the time. The bad news is that after a year the plastic teeth on the side of the shower stall started to crack. Then the teeth on the suction cup (which carry the carriage) began to crack.
