Great pressure gauge, easy to use

We were hesitant to try this pressure gauge, but we're glad we did. Based on our own experience, it's a great addition to our industrial and scientific tools. It measures pressure accurately and the display is easy to read. The only downside is that the plastic housing feels a bit flimsy. Overall, we're happy with our purchase and would recommend it to others.

Pros
  • Accurate measurements, easy to read display.
Cons
  • Plastic housing feels a bit flimsy.

Requires hose routing to gauges and vacuum gauges

Supplied with a very thin wide lip seal to seal the swivel within the threaded connection. Unfortunately this is not enough to seal the male end of the hose. Once a standard gasket is added to the thin hose, there will be no more leaks. A simple device that works as advertised. It is best to screw it on Y so that you can easily release the pressure if you want to remove the pressure gauge. I have found that these cheap gauges are always prone to rusting, so I would only use them for checking…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Works well, does not leak, requires draining after use

This small gauge is good for checking water pressure at home. I had no idea which one I had and now I know it's around 63psi at the end of my garden hose. I have 2 small problems with this sensor. First, there's no way to release pressurized water after the test, so if you remove it from a hose or faucet it will squirt everywhere. It should probably be connected permanently, not just for a short test. You can get around this by using a water separator before removing the gauge, but this is…

Pros
  • Testers gave high scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
