love this water bottle! such great quality for the price. I've included a picture of the 40oz next to the 32oz to compare sizes because I was curious when I bought it. 40 ounces is just bigger, not much wider if not at all.

Very happy with my purchase. Keeps my water cold even after parking in the car for several hours. No weird metallic taste. The lid is also great and makes it easy to pour liquid. No complaints at all. Goes great with the Gonovate 40 sleeve. I take it everywhere.

I have to write this review while sitting on the beach in summer trying to melt the ice in my Takei bottle. It's 3 a.m. and it's hot. The fact that this thing STILL contains ice is amazing. This bottle is amazing. Buy it.

When I received the bottle THERE WAS TEA IN THE BOTTLE! On the bottle neck and around the bottle neck was about half an inch of a brown liquid with a tea smell and something like surface rust. That would be terrible quality control on Revain's part, but since the bottle RUNS LIKE CIV, that's terrible quality on Takeya's part. Many reviewers who are unfamiliar with science misrepresent several concepts. First let me say that I have a 40 ounce Takeya thermos and a 40 ounce hydro flask. These are comparable products with comparable build quality and performance to keep liquids cool and tasty. We ordered this as a second bottle of Takeya, we have 40 oz Firstly the logo design on this 18 oz bottle is different from the bottle pictured and differs from the bottles on the Takeya website. Second, it had no insulation, the bottle felt icy and didn't stay cold, we didn't pour hot water but I think the bottle would be too hot to hold.
