NOT really tight.

Great for my iced tea! I love the stylish design and the fact that they are made of hard plastic. However, because they are large, I sometimes have to store them on their side to fit in my fridge. And they are NOT fully sealed, at least in my experience.

Pros
  • Holding my fists
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

TRUE TIGHT on decanters and jugs

Love these jugs. They are truly airtight and fit perfectly on the door or on the top shelf of most refrigerators. I bought them for family members who also love them. They can be washed in the dishwasher, even on the lowest shelf. I've had mine for many years.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Upgradeable

What I don't like about crockery and serving utensils

I've broken so many pitchers that I ordered these based on customer reviews. It is absolutely indestructible - I "tested" it with 12 grandchildren. It does not run and does not discolour. The best part is that it has thin lines so it's not hard to find a place in the fridge. I highly recommend this product!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Disappointed with decanters and jugs

Too big. Barely fit in my home fridge and didn't fit in the van at all. The height also makes the filling interesting as they always have a heavy bottom. The handle also bends. The only thing I really liked is that they are really tight. It's nice to be able to shake and not stir. But they go second hand.

Pros
  • Pretty
Cons
  • Minor issues

I like these containers with brew baskets

I had a set a long time ago. I have to admit that they sat in the basement for almost 6 years until I started making kefir water about 1 year ago (made my own ginger ale and mixed berry kefir water. I used 6 cans, but space was always at a premium and it was more work to get a glass of ginger ale or juice. Then I started using these containers so 6 large cans in the fridge. Now I have 2 narrow containers on the top shelf of the fridge. My son who also makes kefir water,I really liked it it and so…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Worries

Really good large capacity containers

These very light and thin jugs are great for storing iced tea and other liquids. The lid unscrews in two places, allowing you to pour the lid or remove it entirely. They need enough shelf height in your fridge or cupboard, but they have a small footprint to save storage space. I turned the bottle upside down to mix the tea and didn't notice any leaks. I will not try to store them on their side.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Little things

Best jug around, worth the money

Bought a pair of these a few years ago. I use all year round. They are washed individually in the dishwasher. A few days ago I dropped the top handle and spout of the pitcher. The nose is broken off. I attribute it to wear and tear. Of course, when I wanted to replace her, I didn't look past Takeya. Undoubtedly the best manufacturer of this type of pitcher. These little beauties fit on the door of my fridge. I use a fruit brewer to make fruit water and coconut water. I'm a user for life.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was some
