Bought all three, all had their flip tops just snapped off. So you should keep the sipper 1/4 up. It will leak a little, so unless you have long nails, you can't open it and drink.

I love the bottle, although it sounds like it fell at some point because you rattled when I got it in the mail got turn it over I have a mug and it keeps cold for a long time, but the bottle doesn't seem to be due to the splinters inside. I love the product and will order more. I think it's better than the Yeti and costs a lot less.

We bought 2 of these. I personally LOVE mine and literally use it all the time for cold drinks. Drinks stay very cold on hot days and I can take them anywhere. You don't have to worry about spills etc. Plus I can fill it to the top and when I screw the cap back on there's no spilling. as in some cases a lot of space is needed before the lid is screwed on otherwise it will overflow. Also perfect for the beach. as I had no problem digging the cup in the sand a few inches to keep it from tipping…
