Great solution to help with sourcing and pre-screening candidates

The interface was very easy for our use case - we were looking at an internal recruitment tool (which had some issues). It has helped us solve those problems by giving more visibility into who's applying where via LinkedIn or other channels. We're still using it but there are definitely better options out there now if you want something like this without paying through your nose!   • Very intuitive UI.
  • Can easily compare candidates side vs employer perspective too which is great as sometimes recruiters have no idea why someone isn’t suitable!!

  • Sometimes struggles finding certain profiles due poor data quality from source providers

Great software - especially if you hire frequently

I like how easy it is to use. The layout is very simple and intuitive for both new users as well as experienced ones. It's also very user friendly, which makes it much easier to use than other similar products. So far I haven't found anything I dislike about this product. If you're looking for an easy-to-use tool to help you find candidates for your jobs, then I would definitely recommend Talent Clue! It has helped us fill many positions with qualified candidates. Best way of managing internal communications

It's very user friendly for both clients and employees, the layout can be customized so it fits perfectly into your branding and colors are easy to set up. The communication between client and employee is not always clear. Once you've created an account for yourself as employer or candidate, I would recommend creating profile pictures, otherwise it will be difficult to differentiate who is which at first sight.
