I like that it is easy to use and has many features which are useful for my work. It allows me to collaborate with others in real time without having to worry about any software or hardware issues. The only thing I dislike is how slow it can be when you have too much people using it at once. Sometimes there will be times where you're unable to connect because of other users who have downloaded the program.
