This is a great kit for punching holes in leather. It was quite difficult to get it working on my thick leather belt, but it worked perfectly on a thinner belt.

I used this to punch holes in a 3" wide belt I bought for my pirate costume. The hole punch I used did a great job punching holes. The holes were clean and evenly.

They do a pretty good job and they do their job. I shorted them to a star because you need two pairs of pliers to tighten the punch you end up using. This tool has sharp edges on the barrel and you cannot tighten it with your fingers.

My cameras were sharp enough to use right out of the box. I don't use them on leather but other materials like rubber, paper, styrofoam, cardboard etc. The smaller sizes are harder to find than some of the larger sizes in other kits. They fit my application perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone who needs small holes or small round pieces of material for a project.
