I (stupidly) removed the plastic from my previous backing board, believing it was made for gluing. No, I quickly learned the plasticity of the foot of the shorts. It came plastic in tact, that's all I need.

Exactly as stated on the packaging. Looks identical to the backplate that comes with most socket AM4 motherboards. Insulator, finish and threads are fine. I recently changed my cooler, but my old cooler didn't use the stock backplate, my new cooler wasn't included and I didn't keep the one that came with my motherboard. Oops. This fits easily between the Asus ROG Strix board and the Scythe Mugen cooler.

Product met expectations. This item was a lot harder to find than I thought and the price was a little high, but what are you going to do

It fit perfectly and allowed me to install the Arctic Freezer II 120 liquid cooler which should work perfectly with all aftermarket coolers.

I lost my original backplate after installing a second cooler. When making the switch to liquid cooling, I needed a factory backplane, which is long gone. I ordered this and it works great. No fit issues and it works with the liquid cooling system I have.
