This is the same quality item, the fabric is thick and strong but comfortable. Love the fit and the way it sits, I don't use the cheap strap that comes with it but honestly I didn't know it was going to come to this. I like the material and the way the skirt sits. It wasn't so easy to find one of the smallest that matched the size. Also living in Las Vegas the temperature is quite cold sometimes so I need something warm. I wear it with booties, leggings and a turtleneck. Looks very good, got a lot of compliments. The only downside, if you want to call it that, was that it was pretty crumbly and took a while to "become usable", but overall a great purchase.

When I bought this skirt my measurements were: 5ft 5in, 149lbs, waist 33in, hips 41in. This stuff might help someone else determine its size. I bought a large according to the size chart (large = 31.5-32.3) and the waistline was a size larger than I expected.
