Women's Athletic Navy Sandal from Taos Footwear - Stylish and Comfortable Women's Shoes Review

I recently fractured my metatarsal. These sandals feel great. Very happy with everything in terms of quality, metatarsal support, excellent arch support and cushioning. Will definitely recommend and buy more Taos.

The arch support of these sandals was too intense for me and didn't match my own arch. I tried wearing them around the house for a while but they were too painful. The return window ended too soon so I'm stuck with them now. Taos is a good brand and both they and Revain should improve their customer service and allow unhappy customers to come back when the timing is not inappropriate!

My toes are in the shoe and fit, but there is a lip around the toe that hits my foot and irritates my toes. I should have increased the size from a 9 to a 10 to solve this problem, but then the shoes would be too long. I don't care about the design because it makes the size I wear seem too short. I had to send them back because I can't wear them and will only try them on at home for an hour or so.

I love the look and the support of the sandals. I would send them back as the straps cross my pinky fingers. I don't think a different size would matter. I had a trip and didn't have time to buy another style to use patches. After a 7 day trip I can give 4 stars for the comfort. I used the patches for the first 2 days. The threads on the strap began to snap after just 4 days of everyday life on a cruise ship, so I'm giving 3 stars for quality.

I love these sandals except for two things. First, the bow is very high and a bit stiff. It's a bit uncomfortable for my flat feet. Second, I ordered the color grey/sage, which is actually more grey/lavender (especially outdoors). While I still love sandals, I would suggest not buying them unless you want lavender. Adjustable straps are ideal for a perfect fit. I just wanted the sage to be sage and not lavender. Still cute!
