I use it for cross stitching. I'm working on a stocking right now! Bought it on recommendation and I'm very happy with it. These needles seem to last a long time and don't wear out my threads (some needles are sharp! These aren't!). .

I ordered these because I just broke my last DMC needle of this size. When my last needle broke in the middle of my cross stitch session, I immediately went online to see if Revane was wearing it. After reading the reviews I ordered it and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. They are much stronger and that's why the eyes are the right size. These are my favorite tapestry needles for most fabrics. I rarely embroider on 14/28 canvas and mostly use them with 16-18 canvas and 32-plain linen/even weave. Other needles cause more hand fatigue as they do not slide smoothly over ida fabric and often require a tug to pull the eyelet through the holes. Not this one.
