Perfect for what I need

This is what I need for a 60/40 CO2/nitrogen beer tap system. Proper installation for a large (tall) canister. Installed, tested and ready to use in minutes. No leaks.

Works as described but I was hoping to get the pressure above 50psi for cold brew but it holds just short of 50psi. Although there are no leaks

Cons
  • Scarce Manual

Works perfectly. suitable for home brewing and winemaking

Works great. I have been using Taprite CO2 regulators successfully for many years. When I converted my kegerator to beer gas I needed a good nitrogen regulator. The Taprite controls are too jagged.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Weight

Nitrogen Regulator - Brewing

I bought this regulator to use with a Paasche airbrush for model painting. Since I live in the south, my compressor still spits out water in the warm season, no matter what water seals I mount it with. I had trouble finding the regulator due to the supply side pressure (all were too high) this suited my needs. I hooked it up to a 40 cu ft nitrogen tank yesterday, used it for the first time and it worked as expected. I think it was intended for non-alcoholic beverages in the hospitalityโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Superbly Done
Cons
  • No Instructions

CHECK CONNECTIONS WITH WATER AND SOAP!

Because of the price of this regulator I decided on a cold brew nitro barrel. It was the cheapest I could find online. Since the reviews were few and mixed, I decided to give it a try. Once hooked it up to a fresh can of nitro I gave it a very good sip of soapy water and noticed that both fittings on each side of the regulator body were leaking. I clamped it in a vise, grabbed the crescent-shaped key, and headed into town. It took a few tries and a lot of force to seal it. It's good value forโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Almost everything there
