Good Price, Great Performance. It really helps when the laptop is left on for a long period of time, especially when it's on a hard surface that doesn't absorb heat, conference tables, etc. Delivery was quick.

Some of the reviews on it have been mixed - good and bad. I have a 15.5" Sony Vaio notebook. Their laptops are notorious for overheating so when I got my laptop in 2006 I bought 2 Targus PA248U2 cooling pads. One for each of my Vaio laptops. Got them from BestBuy for about got that price as i don't remember they were expensive otherwise i would have declined that price as you can see in the picture it has 2 fans and cools both laptops great my old vaio overheated a lot more than the new one…

Not recommended for use with laptops larger than 15 inches. Bought for my 17 inch laptop and this item is too small, the material is also very cheaply made. Very dissatisfied with the product.

My old Compaq V6000 gets very hot (almost hot). This cooler sounded like a good way to bring the temperature down. Works great. A slight click can be heard. Fan blades are hitting something I think. Cause not yet found. The design feels flimsy, but it just sits underneath the laptop, so it's not a big deal.

The bearings in the tiny fans allow for uneven rotation so this cooler will soon have you squeaking and pounding against it and anything you can think of to stop it. The ultra-cheap chassis grilles over each fan are made of thin, low-quality plastic that bends and breaks easily. This was the last time I bought a Targus product. They are not profitable and not worth owning as I found out after purchasing three different models of their laptop coolers.
