I'm not sure how I feel about this for a long time. It smells pretty good, if you are sensitive to the smell you can pass it on. You will definitely need to warm the balm up a bit with your fingers before using it on your tattoo. It seems to moisturize well. Considering the price, I would go with Aquaphor.

This is a good grooming product, but it smells. Before applying, it must be slightly warmed between the fingers. Healing may be a little quicker than before.

This is by far the best. I decided to try something new with my new tattoo and am very glad I did. This cream is very mild but not greasy. Gives the tattoo a nice shine. It smells great and really helped with the healing and I continue to use it to give my tattoo a nice fresh look.

Compared to other balms I've used, this one is definitely harder - more of a wax. It's usually easy to oversaturate a tattoo, but because it's dense you end up with less product (this also helps you stretch it out a bit longer). It has a clean scent and seems to soothe a relatively fresh tattoo.

Good idea but the wax is very hard and not easy to pull out. You really have to work with the wax to soften it to get enough to cover the tattoo. I actually expected it to be more like Vaseline in consistency. It's a lot less messy than using other tube ointments. It has a pleasant rosemary scent. Nice jar to come in handy when it's over.

This is a great product to revitalize an old tattoo. But once you increase the spreadability by warming it with your hands, you'll feel the need to apply it to any areas where your skin suffers from dryness and irritation. It's very soothing and I would definitely recommend it. I also love the packaging!
