Great scale for measuring tools and scales

Love Taylor scale works great and is compact. We use them daily and they meet our needs in a commercial kitchen.

Stopped working after two months

Unfortunately after a month it stopped working. The last such magnitude we had lasted almost four years. The weight grows without anything and it just periodically turns off by itself. Useless. :(

Broke after 3 months

We bought this scale for our restaurant and it broke after 3 months. Very disappointed we spent the money and it didn't last longer. Previously we bought a very cheap one and are using it again because it has lasted much longer.

Easy to use with measuring tools and scales

Great addition for the baker! Easy to use, measures ingredients in grams or ounces. The pull-out display makes it easy to read the weight, even with large bowls. The stainless steel housing looks good on the counter. I've been using it for 3 months now and the batteries are still lasting!

Expect cheap power cords to fail in a short time - Taylor KNOWS this as they willingly sell replacement cords.

This is more accurate but not as fast as using a standard spring scale. I have 4 of them, 2 already had their power cord broken (we don't move them much, we just pick them up occasionally to clean them). I checked and replacement power cords are about $25. We use them in a commercial kitchen but this has to be a commercial product. It will be good if you will use it at home.
