I like how easy it was to use once you learned about all its features! It's very user friendly with multiple ways for users at different levels or expertise level can access information in order from least technical (myself) to most advanced techy people. We use this product for our construction documents. This software makes it very easy to track changes made by multiple parties. It also has a very simple user interface which allows anyone to easily navigate and access data. I have not found anything in particular that I dislike about this software. It has all my needs for document control with multiple folder types to be able to organize files into folders in many different ways! I am not sure how easy it would be to add custom fields or tags but when you can do everything through templates its great!! The interface could use some work.
