The product was great, how it was delivered is another story. It was put in a plastic bag and sent to us so the conditioner bottle cracked and spilled and the spray nozzle for the other bottle broke! Very frustrating

Shampoo is like water so be very careful as you can easily use too much. The smell also takes some getting used to. The hair with this product is drier than before and breaks more than before. I haven't had a handful in my brush in months. I will not use it again.

I felt a bit cheated about the size. I thought it was 33 ounces as I received a similar product (tea tree thickener) in that size and price. Haven't used it yet so I hope it's great!

Hubs and I both love it and it works great - doesn't give you a huge thick head of hair but helps make it thicker and every little bit helps!
