It helped me quit smoking. I have been a heavy cigarette smoker for many years. I eventually switched to vaping with JUUL, then I couldn't do it until I got them! Great stress reliever and they taste amazing, unlike tobacco smoke and vape juice. Also, my breath smells and tastes great when I'm not smoking/vaping or chewing them. At first I was hesitant to buy them as I'm not a fan of artificial cinnamon. But the flavor isn't overwhelming like some candies or gummies I've thought of.
