This set is very beautiful and fully corresponds to the picture/description. All items are durable and well made. The whisk and tray have held up well to water (so far) as the whisk doesn't mix or soften and the tray doesn't leave water stains when wiped off after a few drops have fallen on it.

I wasn't sure if I wanted matcha, I found it bitter. It is not! Getting yourself a nice morning drink is so easy with this set. I drink it while looking out the kitchen window at the green lawn and trees. My personal morning ceremony. The tray is great for keeping everything you need organized and together in one place.

High quality bamboo, I wouldn't go crazy washing this thing as it's wood. Just use a paper towel to wipe it off. The strainer is a high quality strainer and the bowl is very durable. Try it yourself if you are a beginner. 100% better than Starbucks Super Sweet Matcha Blend and super easy to make!
