What to buy if you love tea

As an Australian I have enjoyed hot tea for over 50 years. Love loose tea but hate the mess and it's hard to find a teapot that only serves one. And for tea lovers, this is very important. I just don't think you can get as much flavor and color out of quality tea bags as you can if you brew loose tea for 3-5 minutes. Bought on site (after tea was served before brunch came). 2 years later - still works great and looks new

I've had this brewer for a few years now and it still looks new and works great. I use Teaze Infuser several times a day. It is suitable for both western slow brew and Chinese gongfu quick brew, which usually requires a special small brewing vessel called a gaiwan. The Teaze Infuser works so well that I no longer use the Gongfu style Gaiwan. The body of the Teaze Infuser is made from BPA-free Eastman Tritan Medical Grade plastic. I gotta tell you the LAST thing I wanted to do was make tea out of plastic. I have been very wary of using hot water plastics and even try to use glass for storage whenever possible. I bought a Teaze Tea Infuser for a specific purpose - to make FAST iced tea for those days when I couldn't wait and needed to get out the door.
