Cold enough for me :)

Ambient = 27.2c Peltier on aluminum = 5.3c (5.7 in the photo) Radiator side = 44.5c I'm sure it will be better once I connect the fans . The side with text is the cold side. (Cold side up = Red wire on the right)

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Some bugs

Works for a spare part of a wine cooler.

I would give you 5 stars but you don't specify which side is hot and which side isn't. Seems important. Glad I took a picture of how the wires lined up with the original part. Works like the original part.

Pros
  • Computers and accessories
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good boards, power consumption varies

That's the problem with them and if you're trying to get as cold/warm as possible you have to consider this: The highest current I could draw with one of them at Starting (without thermal gradient) is 4.2A at 12V assuming a go to 5A. This varies from slab to slab and there is almost never the same force on any one of the slabs. The reason for this is that the temperature gradient isn't as high on either side of the plate when not drawing as much current, meaning you don't get really high or low

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Not trendy
