Much better. for computers and accessories

I write on my tablet a lot - I draw, plan digitally and take lots and lots of notes. While I love being able to store everything digitally, I hate the feel and sound of an Apple Pencil on a tablet surface. Until I found these little tips! They remove the sound (hooray!) I no longer feel like I'm breaking the tablet, and they also add a bit of friction/resistance to make writing feel more natural. I have no idea about long term use as I haven't used it for a long time. They're necessarily…

Great value for money

I don't like screen protectors so I decided to give these pens a try. They work very well and last quite a long time, but after a few weeks of use the tips wear out and sometimes become stretchy and loose. I wouldn't say you're writing on paper, more like using a silicon pen tip and writing on a screen - which isn't bulky and gets the job done, but might not be the right choice. if you're looking for a pen-on-paper feel. For the price and quantity, this is a really good option that makes it…

They work well but are not very durable

I use my Apple Pencil for artwork, mostly cartoon drawings that require precision with varying line pressure. With Procreate these tips work well and give me a precision that the hard tip Apple Pencil can't. The tip of the Apple Pencil tends to slip and create jagged lines. However, with daily (not even daily) use, their tip wears out and needs to be replaced. I can usually get them out a few weeks before the tip wears out. But until I find a more reliable solution I will keep buying them as…

Work in progress on tablet accessories

These tips (those are tiny silicone condoms that you slip onto the tip of an Apple Pencil that probably cost $0.10 to make and package) definitely increase the friction, which is what happens when the Pen control helps. Unfortunately for me they added too much friction to emulate what can be done with a pen or graphite on paper. I still use them every now and then - when I get too frustrated I take them off and go back to the bare tip for a while. The handpiece cap did not fall off during use…

Good for friction while drawing

I purchased this item because I didn't want to use a textured screen protector on my iPad, but I needed some friction with the tip of an apple pencil. I don't have a steady hand and drawing on an iPad can be frustrating due to the screen's slick texture, and I don't like the idea of a textured screen eating up my tip, so it's a pretty good alternative to that. I've been using this for a while and haven't had to change the lid and it doesn't have a hole unlike some other reviewers. When you put…

Brings the friction I wanted with the Apple Pencil

This is what I was looking for my Apple Pencil (2nd generation). I was disappointed with the Apple Pencil's top-of-the-line design because it was too slippery on the iPad screen -- even with a paper-like matte screen protector. These tips bring back a lot of braking loss that was lost with the standard Apple Pencil tips. Friction reminds me of syluses like the retired Pencil Paper 53. But it almost adds too much drag, especially when handwritten. Other reviews have said they make accurate shots

It gets the job done

Well, if you're looking for something to protect your pen from paper, like a screen protector, then this is for you. But it has its downsides: sometimes when you're writing or drawing, your pencil suddenly stops writing and drawing, and it seems like you're not touching the screen anymore. But just press a few times and it should work again. It's a bit bulky and when you draw, you will find it a little difficult to draw details because you can't see where the tip of the pen is. I've had my…

Cons
  • Big and chunky

I use my Apple Pencil primarily to take notes and draw charts and graphs on my 11 inch iPad Pro. I really didn't like writing on an iPad without a screen protector or with a standard glass screen protector as the lack of friction makes the stylus difficult to control and click. I tried a paper-like screen protector, which improved writing quality, but slightly reduced screen sharpness quality, less vivid colors. It's not a big deal, but one of the reasons I paid extra for an iPro over a regular
