Good Potter's Wheel

I haven't used this potter's wheel yet, but it seems like a good wheel for a beginner like me. It's durable, doesn't take up too much space but is still big enough for the projects I want to work on. I can use it on the floor or on a table and it's very quiet. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.

Decent option for beginners

This wheel is quite small compared to what you see in most studio spaces, but for the price you can keep it at home. I don't like that the speed control foot pedal is on the side of the handlebars. This makes it very difficult to increase or decrease speed and results in you not being able to lift the wheel (which is quite short) off the ground to relieve back strain when crouching.

Pros
  • Artisanal
Cons
  • Expensive

It's super quiet and sitting on a little stool makes it easier to pedal, and the fenders help keep clutter at bay. It comes with an apron to protect your clothes and several tools to help you with your pottery. Over time I will have to experiment with all of them as my
