High quality and easy to install

Easy to install. The strap works great! Would prefer other brands. Definitely a quality item. I particularly like the fact that no separate housing grounding is required.

Fits 2014 Ford Explorer Limited without Factory Tow Pack

Very pleased just hooked it up to the stock wiring harness and routed the harness to the hitch where I was going to mount the fork. You have to follow the diagram and connect the wires to the right places in the socket, but take your time and everything will be fine, it's not difficult. I bought an OEM Ford Class III towbar and this connector fitted the towbar perfectly, although I had to use my own bolts as there were no hardware, just zip ties. Easy to install but may require T-sealant

I don't know what the factory version looks like. But it connects and works with my 2013 Ford Explorer. However, after a while it seemed like he had a bad connection. The back, which fits into a real bumper socket, only has one latch, not two, so it doesn't feel tight. However, the end of the tee where it connects to the wiring harness didn't start connecting to the outlet when it started raining here. I cleaned it and sealed the T-connectors with sticky sealant for windshields and the like…
