Exactly as advertised

I saved a lot of money and time installing it myself. Good quality. Luckily, the videos posted by others explain the installation better than the instructions.

Not too difficult for a beginner to install and works great

Delivered quickly, went pretty easy. The hardest part was sticking my hand in to try and attach the module to the body. But once plugged in and plugged in, it worked great.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I'm worried

Exactly what I needed

Very easy installation on my 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L. I'm a girl feeling pretty comfortable and this took me about 20 minutes and works flawlessly. Make sure you pay attention to your trim levels as some other kits will not work on certain CR-Vs. However, this one is perfect.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Nothing here

Works well and relatively easy to do yourself

Installation on my CR-V was a bit fiddly due to gap issues, but overall it wasn't too bad and I saved $130. Installation fee, do it yourself. Well made and includes everything except the tools. If you don't like written instructions, watch a YouTube video.

The Tekonsha T-One wiring harness worked flawlessly.

I bought Tekonsha model 118741 for my 2020 Honda CR-V LX. Installation went without problems. I decided to cut the trailer's 4 wire flat jumper wire and route the wires under the car through the hole with the grommet in it and then solder the wires together. Just in case, I sealed the bushings with silicone sealant and put heat shrink tubing on the joints. I tested the system on a trailer and everything worked perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving it a five is because it hasn't been tested…

If you need a trailer, just buy this one.

It was a great purchase. Of course I had to pull the trailer. 30 minutes after I received my trailer it was installed. It would be faster but I dropped the ground screw (3 times). Laugh out loud. Watch the YouTube video, no drilling required. It's a little tricky to pull the rubber back while you're working behind it, but if you have some mechanical dexterity it's no problem. It's a simple setup and from the video it looks like this suspension can use more power than the brand's short…

  • Great price

Returned but well made. Not the best choice for Honda CRV 2022

This is a great product and I bought it because of the higher currents. Hole in the case and the fuse ends up in a place that is too difficult to access without removing the plastic tabs from the cover to get to the fuse. I could move the backup somewhere I have easy access to. Now I'm getting about $70 for an improvised and clumsy installation. I decided to pay $120 for a perfectly fitting Honda OEM suspension. Also, my installation time was about 10 minutes as opposed to purchasing the…

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Just a plug and a ground wire to connect sounds easy.

Installation is simple and straightforward. Remove the required panels, connect the supplied connector to the open connector in the vehicle and connect the ground wire. Sounds easy, but it's really difficult to access. The existing plug in the car is taped to something that is barely visible and much less accessible. It's impossible to remove unless you can cut it somehow. Be careful not to cut the wires or damage the connector. Once the connector is loosened, you can connect the included…
