Includes 7-pc. 1/4 in. drive 6-point inch u-joint sockets: 1/4, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16 in.; 9-pc. 1/4 in. drive 6-point metric u-joint sockets: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 mm; Socket rails. Combines a shallow 6-point socket and compact universal joint fits into extremely limited spaces when other tools can't fit. Socket geometry is designed to apply force to flat sides of fasteners and not the corners, preventing round-off. Extra-large die-stamped size markings are easy to read and can’t wear off. Polished, chrome-plated finish easily wipes clean and is highly resistant to corrosion. Four detent grooves provide a secure connection with the drive tool. They stand behind their product

I have a SnapOn branded set at work but have decided to try a cheaper set for home use. They've been great so far, the flat head is perfect for getting into those hard to reach places. My head broke by 10mm, the pins holding the rotating mechanism came loose and fell out. I emailed Tekton and they sent me a free replacement which showed up in my inbox within two days. Great product and fantastic customer support, they stand by their product!

Great for hard to reach fasteners

I bought these for hard to reach under hood hose clamps. To get to it with regular tools I had to remove the strut mount, fuse box and battery. It's okay, but I've run into situations like this several times and didn't want to do it again in the cold. I found them, they looked like they would do the trick without removing anything. Of course it took me longer to open the hood and put the extensions and bushing on the ratchet than tightening the yoke. These aren't just rotating vortices, they…

Tool overview: Great universal socket set. They are surprisingly flat. They are well done and finished. I will say that you need to understand the limitations of 1/4" universal sockets - you can't put all your torque on one of these sockets (14mm mostly) and expect it to hold. This concept becomes less and less true the smaller the fasteners will website, uploaded 2 pics and explained the problem with the tool MONDAY MORNING first thing (12-18 hours later AND warranty starts over the weekend!)…
