Great reviews for something that won't work properly in a few months

Don't buy this, it's not worth the money or the degradation you are causing the customer and yourself. The problem with these cord untangles is that they work fine for a month and then start falling apart as the cord gets twisted and moved, the connections from the cord to the base are affected by movement while on the phone and you cut yourself away from the customer, you can him don't hear or he can't hear you. Both have deteriorated. From what I can see the ones sold here at Revain areโ€ฆ

It works = hooray!

This package contains two; one for each end of the phone cord. I love that these devices have an inch and a half of straight cord before you plug the coiled phone cord into the jack. I cursed my tangled phone cord for years without even knowing it existed. I was concerned that some reviews said they would lose clarity and hear what their callers were saying, but I didn't have this issue. I also bought a new cable and now my relationship with my Cisco IP Phone 7911 series at the office is muchโ€ฆ

Both have deteriorated. From what I can see the ones sold here at Revain are probably all made by the sameโ€ฆ

Short Term Fix

Had one in the office and they did a great job untangling the cords. The staff started complaining about disconnected lines on 3 of my phones. I assumed they had done some troubleshooting so I ordered 3 new phones. After installing and attaching these detanglers, new phones were also cut out. So I went through all these difficulties to find out that these things were bad. The cords looked good. Edit: I was initially mad at myself for not diagnosing the problem before buying new phones. Thisโ€ฆ
