Bought these for phones at work where in the business world cordless phones will probably never go away. Desk phone cords seem to tangle after 3 or 4 rings and then need to be unplugged and straightened. I haven't had to turn them off since I put them on. Very cheap to reduce a lot of frustration. I'll probably be ordering more for other phones soon.

I have already bought and thrown away 3 different types of these swivel connectors which either didn't untangle the cable or didn't sound good. I chose this style because of the extra cord that comes with the phone. They are perfect, the cable is completely untangled and I have no loss of incoming or outgoing signal clarity. I called a colleague and asked him to see if there is a difference when I plugged it in and not and they said there was no difference. Very happy with this purchase.

don't buy this, its not worth the money or the humiliation you are causing the customer and yourself. They will work fine for a month and then start falling apart as the cable twists and moves the connections from the cable to the base are affected by the movement when you are on the phone and it disconnects you from the customer you can't use them hear or they can't hear you. Both have deteriorated. As far as I can see the ones sold here at Revain are probably all made by the same manufacturer

Pack of two; one at each end of the phone cord. I love that these devices have an inch and a half of straight cord before you plug the coiled phone cord into the jack. I cursed my tangled phone cord for years without even knowing it existed. I had one in the office and they did a great job at untangling cables. The staff started complaining about disconnected lines on 3 of my phones. I assumed they had done some troubleshooting so I ordered 3 new phones. After installing and attaching these detanglers, new phones were also cut out.
