I bought this phone for my 92 year old uncle. The sound is excellent, the buttons are large, easy to use. Love it. I will buy some for my kitchen.

I bought this for my mother who is in a nursing home. I haven't seen him in person, but she likes his looks and we can hear each other in our conversation. She is happy. So I'm happy.

Although this phone was very cheap, it works just as well as an expensive model. The sound is very clear, it connected immediately, it's very light, I could hang it on the wall or on the table as I have it. It has big rooms for older people like me and the sound is ok. It's pluggable, so there's no battery. And I already mentioned that it is very cheap.

I bought this phone to use for work meetings and training. I have a cordless desk phone, but my cordless phone's battery never lasts 4-8 hours of meetings or training sessions. I love that this phone has speakerphone and mute functionality. The call quality was good and served its purpose. It's not the easiest phone to program but I figured it out and overall I really like it for a regular old school phone.

SHIT! The description says it does NOT need batteries, but it works! Caller ID only shows callers' phone numbers, not their names. There is no directory where you can store selected phone numbers of people you call frequently. Most importantly, just plugging into my phone lines causes problems with all my phones (stops ringing after one ring or doesn't ring at all when receiving calls, and sometimes rings in the middle of a phone conversation).
