Excellent Training Adapter for Modern Office Electronics

After trying this adapter, I can confidently say it's a must-have for any business that utilizes telephones. This adapter provides crystal-clear audio that allows me to hear and speak to my customers with ease. Simple but works! - Accessories and consumables

Exactly what I was looking for. This turned my Polycom phone into one that allows me to use two headsets, one wired and one wireless. I called Polycom and they had no solution so I took a chance with this product and it worked! The reception was great too.

Works great when it's the right product.

Forget the bad reviews. This is a special adapter for new phones that use a smaller RJ9 connector. Old phones have an RJ11 connector. I am using this splitter to train new hires in my office on a Polycom phone and am very satisfied.
