I like how my contacts are organized by states/counties first so it makes finding prospects quicker when looking through all of their details. The price is right compared to other companies in this industry. I like how they have several plans available depending upon your needs/budget. It would be nice if there were more options of what type of list was best suited for my purposes as well as being able to filter out certain types (i.e., only phone numbers). The most important thing I like about this service is its price point compared to other services out there in terms of quality/quantity of contacts it provides (about 1 million).
