Great mechanism at a great price. Relatively easy to use; You have to practice closing the block, which is the "hard" part. The tripod function is great. Overall very satisfied; definitely recommend.

Great lightweight retractable joystick for GoPro. I'd say it works as intended, except that the carbon fiber segments can "stick" if the bar is pulled out with too much force. When the segments are stuck, it is much more difficult to roll them up.

This is an example of really bad carbon fibre. The first photo shows that all the fibers in this area are badly torn. Think of carbon fiber as a bundle of straw braided and glued together. If you rip the straw and tape it back together, it becomes quite flimsy and can tear and break. The second photo shows the uneven carbon stacking visible in each section. I really liked the size, look and design, but the material is a risk.

Poor quality. The tripod stand is detachable, but mine was stuck and had to be loosened with pliers. After a few uses, one of the tripod legs broke off rendering the tripod legs unusable. The selfie stick is lightweight, but the camera head can be unstable and difficult to lock. Unsuitable for use in water as water penetrates the rod body. The GoPro mount on the camera head can become detached, causing the camera to detach from the top of the stick. This can lead to loss of the camera. One of…
