Water Water Water☹️

Not quite waterproof. The top tube started to draw water and after 10 minutes it was submerged. Does not swim with the camera after being submerged in water.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Worked for video but soaked up water

I liked the extra length but it filled with water quickly which defeated the float function. There was no way to purify the water. Used for 2 shallow dives to 30-45ft then placed in dock :(

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not sure

normal product. You can build better.

Floating grip works fine however the thumbscrew came loose on first use and the 1/4" screw hole broke when installing on the suction cup mount which now allows for water filling. :-(

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Available in white only

Good price reliable I recommend

Good solid stick I like the locking feature. I used to have another one that wouldn't close and when it got wet the camera panned because it was fragile. This one is much better and at a good price.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Appearance

My GoPro saved! for monopods

I bought this last year so I've had it for a few months now. That's why I'm not crazy. Water appears to be seeping into the extension cord, but that has no effect. I also wish it lasted longer. Other than that, this thing saved my new GoPro! I was paddling with feathers and somehow they must have fallen off my board. Luckily I went downstream. Noticing it was missing I went back upstream to look for it and here is an orange pen floating in blue water! I sing the praises of these floating…

You can drop the camera

Purchased for diving. The expansion aspect worked well and the stick is very light. Have I had problems with in and after water. Twice I lost a camera with a floating component when jumping off a boat. The strap attaches to the handle with a very short screw. It falls apart after about 3 turns. It was very stressful to see a brand new camera fly away twice from something that could easily be improved with a longer screw. I could have glued the tape on, but since it's impossible to get all the…

Pros
  • Trial version for one year
Cons
  • Long waiting time
