Stairs won't retract

Will not retract after 12 uses. The very first retractable stage looks, so to speak, and does not let the rest out. I had to leave it at the site after climbing onto the roof because I couldn't pack it in my trunk. Less than 60 days owned.

Great product! in building materials

Bought used, saved a lot of money. So far this ladder has been amazing, wish I could go back a year. It will replace several existing ladders I have. great product Very compact, fairly light, easy to use and durable. I weigh 225 pounds and have had no weight or feeding issues.

Pros
  • Stable construction
Cons
  • Appearance

Read information carefully

The product itself is good. I have a 12 inch and it works perfectly. I wanted a bigger one so I ordered a 16 foot ladder. It turned out to be 12 feet, and "16 feet" is the extra 4 feet you have for venturing higher than the top step. Just misleading product information I think.

Pros
  • Solid version
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Beautiful and durable staircase.

Tried a new ladder on my caravan last weekend. The ladder is very easy to open and close if you follow the instructions that come with it. It felt like the study was open in full position as I used it on my trailer to install some new drip well expanders. It should be easy to pop in the back of my pickup if I need it on a trip.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Bad experience

I have been using Telesteps for 25 years. I have four.

Telescopic ladder is the best ladder. It's worth every penny. Do you want to trust your life to something cheap? My job requires me to work on stairs, sometimes 12 feet off the ground, and on the stairs. Get an extra leg for uneven surfaces if you can find it, this can be used for stairs. It's also compact. Get a shoulder bag to keep it clean.

Pros
  • Fully automatic telescopic ladder with patented one-touch unlocking mechanism
Cons
  • So far so good

Beats fakes by a mile!

There is no fair comparison between this Telesteps ladder and its Chinese counterparts. It costs twice as much, but a saving from a fall or broken finger more than makes up for the difference in price. The folding feature is a beauty! The legs are slightly oval, not round like the others. The top step has a thick rubber coating that protects the surface you lean against. Very nice stairs!

Pros
  • multifunctional ladder open for full extension or a foot step
Cons
  • butt packaging

I am a CAT installer and use up to 8 times a day!

I work as a CAT insurance agent and use this ladder up to 8 times a day to get onto the roof. It's lightweight and easy to carry. MANY of my policyholders were very impressed when I dug up this ladder. I'm pretty sure the sales must have climbed that ladder since I've been using it! I can't say enough about how easy it is to use and transport. I only wish I had ordered one a long time ago. On the other hand, it was shipped and delivered so quickly I couldn't believe it! He stood on my doorstepโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Your stairs!
Cons
  • Base Required
