The product is easy to install. Holes drilled, Romex pulled out, plugged in and voila, headlights! A week later, however, a light bulb had already "burned out”. Typical Chinese product. They try but they miss some points. Wire nuts are provided instead of connectors. The wire nuts aren't even the right size. I had to buy connectors which made the product better. The "hinges" for the lid are cheap, but who opens more than once. These are the best brands of pancake lanterns and you can try them. Overall a great product but a few simple improvements would help them knock it out of the park. 1 - the inner and outer edges of the lamp disc should have a big difference. You have to be "too careful" to make sure the hole is big enough to fit the back of the lamp disc but not too big to show the air gap. Overall I'm very happy with these lights but I had 1 problem. I have 6 of these lights, 3 on 1 switch and 3 on the other switch. The first light in each sequence flickered heavily, but the rest did not. I assumed it was a dimmer or voltage problem (since it was the first in each series), went through all the troubleshooting, wire connections etc, even bought an expensive dimmer, didn't fix it.
