This is a very simple but effective tool for measuring toe, camber and caster. However, it can only measure the ENTIRE toe-in per axle, not the individual toe-in of each wheel. They also say you don't need pivot plates, but you still need a fairly smooth surface for your tires to be in their natural position when the car is lowered.
