This is a good tool that does what it is supposed to. I believe that anyone who observes (and follows) the instructions will be able to measure their alignment. However, any alignment adjustments are obviously at your own expense. Tutorials are videos in which there is a separate video for each topic (assembly, collapse, convergence, and caster). They are detailed step-by-step instructions. You can also download and/or print written instructions if you need to. Caster must be measured by turning the front wheels a specified amount (required for each alignment system) and measuring the camber differential to determine caster. The required angle of rotation is built into the tool itself, eliminating the need for swivel inserts. It will probably take a few minutes longer on each side than with inserts, but since inserts cost a few hundred dollars, the trade-off is more than worth it. If you measure lag very regularly, turntables are probably justified. Details: This product has some nice touches such as tape measure slots and degree conversion chart. There are also rubber feet that run along the bottom of the plates to provide stability when measuring toes. The toe stands are attached with plastic screws, not metal screws. However, as the company explains on its website, the screws are made of plastic. So if you accidentally fall or step on the tool, rather than damaging the panels or stands, the easy-to-replace screw takes the hassle out instead. They contain 2 additional items. So if you damage them, you can just add extra elements and keep working. Conclusion: This is a great all-in-one alignment tool. It acts as a finger plate, camber, and rotary plate without the need for those three separate tools. The camber measurement isn't hands-free, but personally I don't miss it, you just hold it and read the camber value.
