I use jute in the garden and was looking for something that was woven instead of double weave jute and would add strength to plant trellis. Ideal.

This burlap was sturdy and difficult to knot. I like the weave which controls fraying well but is difficult to work with without strong hands.

Basically corresponds to the description. NOT "100% natural". Jute stinks of oil (smells like diesel) so if you're looking for a chemical free organic fiber this isn't for you.

I know it's weird to think of yarn as attractive, but it's true. I use it at my work and it looks better than regular yarn. Smart and attractive I say. Great product at a very reasonable price. I recommend

When I bought this product I wanted to use it to make some plant hangers. I started, but not too far from the start. I had a hard time tying this rope. I will be using it for something else besides using it for anything macrame related.

I was so excited to get this jute rope. I've recently started wrapping things because I love the boho style. Jute is strong and durable and is easy to wrap. I love this jute but it is not 100% as described. It is a thicker yarn than jute.

To be honest I felt sick. Smells awful, motor oil or something. I'm surprised I didn't see more comments on this. I thought it would be a great "natural" garden fiber but I can't use it in my garden or indoors so it's pretty much useless. Ordered raw sisal instead and it was way better. Sisal is coarser in texture but good enough for gardening. I use cotton for macrame. Now I'm suspicious of jute.
