I like that there is an option for anonymous reporting as well as a way to file a formal complaint with HR without having to go through a supervisor or manager first. Reporting anonymous can be tricky, but it's still worth trying if you have a good reason. The process can be slow at times. It took over two months for one report to be addressed. A lot of time was spent waiting for responses from the person being reported to.
